Who's It For
YFB is for people who want mobility that actually fits into real life - not long, punishing routines or hyper-performative flexibility goals.
It is for:
- lifters who want their joints to keep up with their training
- people navigating chronic pain, sensitivity, flare cycles, or fatigue
- folks returning to movement after injury or surgery
- people who feel stiff, stuck, or “out of their body”
- coaches who want better mobility logic and drill selection
- anyone who wants options, confidence, and a body that feels less fragile

What's Included
Every month you get:
- Structured guided sessions
Full-length mobility workouts you can follow like a class.
- Short movement snacks
Drills you can do from your desk, couch, gym, or floor.
- Mobility logic + education
Why we pick certain movements, what they do, and how to progress them.
- Spine / hip / ankle / shoulder modules
Sessions that target the areas most people struggle with.
- Rehab-as-training / training-as-rehab design
Build strength and tolerance while you build mobility.
- Community access + direct support
If you need help, you can message us or post in the Community Forum.

Use it as your main training or weave it around your lifting.
Both work beautifully.

About Ren & Chloe

We live on opposite sides of the world - England and Australia - but we somehow think about movement the same way.

Ren is a movement coach & sports therapist with deep clinical skill, an eye for detail, and a whole-person approach to movement and training.

Chloe is a mixed movement & strength coach who blends strength, mobility, and education through a lens shaped equally by art, science, and lived experience.

Together, we help people understand their bodies, build options, and develop a kind of strength that is adaptable, curious, and sustainable.

We are not fragilistas.
We are movement-positive, chronic-illness-informed, nuance-first coaches who genuinely believe your body can surprise you - with the right support, structure, and playfulness.
