A Few Things You Probably Didn’t Ask (But I’ll Tell You Anyway)
How long have I been coaching?
Nearly 11 years - wild!
Movement background:
Bit of gymnastics, bit of Olympic lifting, a deep obsession with functional movement, and a complicated situationship with chronic pain.
Do I believe in rest days?
Yes. Deeply. Spiritually. Oftentimes multiple days in a row.
Based in:
Sydney, Australia (originally from the UK!) - working globally with people around the world, which keeps my schedule exciting.
A Bit About Coaching with Chloe, and Chloe
Hey, I’m Chloe.
And I know how heavy it feels when your body stops feeling like home.
I’ve been the athlete who pushed through everything.
I’ve been the woman on the floor in tears, not knowing how to begin again.
I’ve trained hard. I’ve stopped completely. I’ve started over - again and again.
Now?
I coach people who want to move, nourish, and live in ways that feel like them again.
People in pain.
People with fatigue or flare-ups.
People who’ve given everything to others and are finding their way back to themselves.
We don’t do extremes here.
We do honest.
We do flexible.
We do strong - in whatever way that means for you.If you want someone who understands what it’s like to be in it - and how to walk alongside you - I’m here.
